01/ Hotel Booking

If you already know what hotel you want booked and when you plan to stay, we will confirm the hotel on your behalf on a complimentary basis.
In doing so, we add amenities to your stay at no additional cost to you. These may include spa or food & beverage credits, complimentary breakfast, first access to room upgrades, and more.

We consult, research, and confirm your accommodations when you are not in need of full planning. Together we will decide a destination, if not already picked.
Then, we will offer unlimited hotel suggestions with quotes that fit your vibe and budget. Until we find the perfect match.
Most often, our suggestions will be with our partner hotels, so will also have access to special prices and VIP perks. These may include spa or food & beverage credits, complimentary breakfast, first access to room upgrades, and more.

This is for when you have your accommodations booked (and it is a hotel we do not partner with- be sure to inquire first) but would like to add some activities, sightseeing, transportation, restaurant reservations, etc.

We do require that all hotels be booked through Meredith Miller Travel in order to have us build out your itinerary. With this said, please still reach out because depending on the hotel brand, we are able to take over the booking. If this is the case, then we can 100% work together. In the event that we can’t, we can still work together for fee of $150/week.

At this time, we are not assisting with booking airfare. However, that could easily change! Happy to offer suggestions though for airports we recommend that make sense for your itinerary.

Cancellation costs vary depending on which suppliers are involved in your trip and when you cancel. Cancellation and booking policies will be communicated in your proposal.
ALL Planning fees are NON-REFUNDABLE upon payment of invoice.

Travel insurance is highly recommended, especially for International Travel. We partner with different companies, so you are able to book it directly through us. Travel insurance provides coverage for cancellation for specifically defined reasons, as well as coverage for medical expenses, travel delays, baggage loss, etc.

We do not partner with Airbnb or Vrbo. However, if you are in need of a villa, we partner with several other companies and we can be sure to find the right place for your trip.
